If you cannot see your driver at Mauritius Airport or in the lobby of your hotel , please call us  immediately on +230 5257 14 59.

We monitor flight arrival time daily and we plan accordingly. So please don forget to add your flight number in the last step when booking with us so that we can monitor arrival times.

We do not take deposits and we do not charge for cancellations (There is no cancellation charges if you make a cancellation at least 2 hours before your departure pick up.

After you have picked up your luggage and cleared the customs, proceed to the exit. This is where your driver will be waiting for you and he will be holding a board/paper with your name written on it. Simply show him your printed receipt or your booking reference.
